I give her the suggestion that anytime she sees me holding my crystal in front of her eyes, that her eyes will be drawn to it, and she'll go in to a deep trance for me. I then give her another very powerful trigger to place her in to a trance state. As I describe to her what she's going to do, you can see an excellent suggestion about how the mind processes embedded commands in a trance state. Although I intended to describe to her what she would be doing shortly, her mind with no planning about the future occurring evaluated the command to wake up. This is a good example of why you must phrase a suggestion in a positive way, as opposed to negative way, because the subconscious mind, as it loses it's ability to plan and evaluate will interpret everything it hears, outside of context. | ||
