We have our pre-session talk over a hookah. I start by asking Violet for her thoughts about last time. She

Now, I stack suggestions and see the effects of both the "mandatory cuddle time" suggestion along with the
"simpsons" suggestion, while there is something impeding the completion of the actions caused by the triggers. We then continue to discuss
the suggestions, and what it was like last time. I also ask her a bit about what she's noticed from the positive suggestions. I also ask her
if she noticed any after affects or any unanticipated effects.

I ask Violet if she had any ideas for things that she'd like to experience in a state of hypnosis. First, she

and ask her for her thoughts on that matter.

I continue to discuss with Violet my lofty goals for this project (while all the while giving her the "Mandatory
Cuddle Time" trigger). At the end, I ask her what she thinks of all this, and she replies that mostly she's just trying to be polite and
listen and resist the urge to do Mandatory Cuddle Time. I then tell her it's okay to cuddle, and mention to her that sometimes when the
conscious mind is occupied with a trigger, it makes it easier for the subconscious mind to absorb information, and that she shouldn't be
worried about it, and that soon, she'll feel the urge to cuddle even closer, and that will be the signal for me to trigger her in to a trance
state, and so when she does, I do so.

I continue with the hypnotic induction and deepening process, starting with a focus on Violet's breathing. I then
specify and clarify and reinforce suggestion pertaining to Violet's responsiveness to suggestions given as a part of the project. I also
touch up on the idea on her ability to go in to a trance state easily, but also to recognize the process and to let her ability to recognize
it and determine for herself over time whether she goes in to the state or not. I do this not to seal her off, but to allow her to get in to
the experience and the process while at the same time not being utterly vulnerable at the same time, building for a long term project.

I suggest that Violet feels a number of positive feelings, and that she arranges herself comfortably. I reinforce
the idea that she can move and take actions in a trance state, without it interfering with the relaxation and the sense of peace and comfort.
I take her hand, and use suggestion to continue establishing that sense of connection, and receptiveness to communication. Then I add
positive reinforcement of these ideas with suggestion to cause sensory hallucinations of being kissed all over. I then ask her to describe
what she feels in a gentle voice. I then touch on the idea of making noises that match her feelings as a way to express how good it feels,
and to let others know as well.

Violet is feeling the sensation of all these kisses, and then I suggest that she thinks that the kisses can move
up and down her arms if she took off her sweater. I suggest that while she's in hypnosis or responding to my suggestions, that it feels
perfectly normal for my voice to go with her, drawing from an Eriksonian technique. Furthermore, any time she's in her normal life, and she
wants to feel something that she's heard me suggest to her, that she can hear my voice in her mind, and feel good, as a sort of self driven
replay. I then continue to suggest pleasant sensations, and then compress her temporal point of view to the now, and a complete moment.
Continuing the pleasure, I suggest that she feels a gentle and pleasurable bussing in her nipples and her clitoris. I then reinforce the
"Simpsons" and "Mandatory Cuddle Time" suggestions. I then ask her how she feels about the suggestions and why.

I continue suggesting the pleasurable feelings to Violet. I then suggest that she's in the changing room, and use
this imagery to suggest that she will take off her shirt. I then suggest that she's looking in to the mirror, and ask her to describe what
she sees. We then explore her physical self image. I then use suggestion to build her up to an orgasm. Afterwards, I ask her to do a
deepening countdown while we change the tapes.

Violet finishes her deepening countdown, and I continue the session suggesting that she can absorb and learn these
language patterns, and that this can affect the way that she thinks in order to improve her life. In a state of hypnosis, I talk with her
about how sometimes intensity of emotion is a good thing, and then use some of the pleasure triggers, but then I also mention how sometimes it
can be overwhelming, and in those moments it's best to just take a deep breath, and let the intensity lessen. I then ask her whether she sees
herself as a teenager or as a woman, and we explore this concept in a moment of tenderness, sealed with pleasure, with an orgasm.

I give Violet a hypnotic suggestion, while she is in a receptive state of mind, that will be helpful for her to a
negative pattern in her dealings with other people, specifically what she's willing to accept as tolerable behavior to her. She accepts this
suggestion, however, to make the change complete, I ask her to evaluate what this suggestion means, cognitively. She explains why this
suggestion holds true, and how it holds true, showing that she's internalized it to one degree or another. I then provide the positive
reinforcement of more pleasure and an orgasm to give it additional emotional weight. In the afterglow of the pleasure, I then go on to
suggest balance. The positive suggestions that will help her in her life, also need to be tempered with reason, compassion, and empathy for
others, lest the power of the enhanced positive suggestions lead her to arrogance, selfishness, and a lack of sympathy for others who were
like her, but didn't have the influences that she had to elevate her and to help her elevate herself. We discuss, hypnotically, how we can
draw strength from others and also from helping others, and that this is how the world changes.

environment that she's in. I then suggest that it's the morning and that she's getting ready and that she is thinking about school and

perceiving class as television as a learning aid, and also as a distraction.

I suggest that she has a pretty red bra in her hand, that she places on her body. Then I suggest that she pulls
her shirt over her head. I then have her complete the context that she's in and snap her back in to the normal time and place that we are in

I then give her some positive suggestions for school, and bind them with powerful orgasms. I then train her to come on command.
